 Today the main question will be: Is it really possible to break your little toe?
I can tell you now, it is. Yesterday with the capoeira training I bumped my foot in the roda. After I went out of the roda I noticed my toe was pointing to the ground. After examing it I realized it was much more flexible then my other little toe. So after taking the time to hit the shower I went to the hospital. Now my toe is tied to the other one next to it and it will take aproximatly 3 to 6 weeks to heal. 
So, my capoeira skills are not moving forward at this moment... Maybe my berimbau skills. Cheers, Axe, Barata |
